FAQ

❓ Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – Mauri Globe Cart

📦 When will my order arrive?

We are currently taking orders for our April shipment.
Orders placed before the cut-off date (11:59 PM on 31/03/2026) will be included in this shipment, which is expected to arrive in Mauritius around mid-April.

⏳ What happens if I place an order after the cut-off date?

Orders placed after 11:59 PM on 31/03/2026 will still be accepted and processed, but they will be included in the next shipment (date to be confirmed).

💳 Why has my order not been marked as “Paid” even though I have paid?

Mauri Globe Cart is a small family-run business, and we do our best to stay on top of all administrative updates. However, due to busy schedules, there may be slight delays in manually updating payment statuses.

Please note that if you have paid before the deadline, your order will be included in the shipment, even if it has not yet been marked as paid.

To help us match your payment quickly, please include your order number in your payment reference. Failure to do so may delay the processing of your order.

🔄 Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

As we purchase items specifically based on customer orders and do not hold large stock, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

However, if we are unable to fulfil your order, we will offer a replacement product or a refund. Thank you for your understanding and support.

📬 How will I know when my order has arrived?

You will receive a notification once your order has arrived in Mauritius. We will also inform you when your order has been shipped to you or is ready for collection.

🛒 Why are some products marked as “Pre-order” and others as “Buy Now / Add to Cart”?

  • Pre-order: These products are sourced from abroad and require additional shipping time before arriving in Mauritius.

  • Buy Now / Add to Cart: These products are already in stock in Mauritius and are available for immediate delivery or pickup.
